Dear Team—
I know you all just completed your town hall - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the recent updates. Previously I sent you all a note, I stated the following: “I am confident in this team. You all are some of the most motivated and talented designers we have had the chance to collaborate with - and we’re eager for that partnership to continue.”
Through your commitment and adaptability, particularly over the last year, you repeatedly show that.

The trust in this project grows every day. To further the outstanding progress you’ve made, I’m excited to introduce Ben Brinkman as the incoming Director of 31st Union. Following a period of discussions, Ben officially joins us on the specified date.
Ben’s leadership and experience in the competitive gaming genre is extensive, having spent the last 15 years creating and managing some of the most recognizable titles in gaming, including the acclaimed shooter, and lately, the battle royale hit.
